Get ready to reinvigorate at the WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio. A fully equipped fitness center is complimentary for guests of The Westin Maui Resort & Spa. Choose from stationary bicycles, treadmills, elliptical trainers, resistance bands, body bars, and free weights. Available 24 hours 7 days a week.
Mind & Body Studio—offers such wellness classes as yoga, body toning, spinning, mediation and personal training to guests and non-guests. When not in use for scheduled classes the studio is open to guests with card access.
Guests must be at least 16 years of age; if under the age of 18, a liability waiver must be signed by an adult.
Daily Pass to all spa facilities: WestinWORKOUT®, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and relaxation lounge access can be purchased.

DAILY FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE
The Heavenly Spa offers fitness classes taught by certified and experienced instructors to guests and non-guests daily. Classes are held in the Mind & Body Studio or outside on the beautiful Beach Lawn facing the outer Maui islands and Ka’anapali Beach.
